The University of Pennsylvania women’s soccer team is set to begin a four-game homestand on Thursday night, facing Saint Joseph’s at Rhodes Field. The match will include a tribute to current and former military members and first responders. Attendees with military identification will receive complimentary admission to Penn Football’s Military Appreciation game against Princeton on November 22.

Penn enters the contest with an unbeaten record of 3-0-2 for the season. The Quakers have historically dominated their series against Saint Joseph’s, holding an all-time record of 8-0-1. Their last meeting took place in 2023, when Penn secured a 1-0 victory at Sean Sweeney Field. At home, the Quakers are undefeated against the Hawks with a 6-0-0 record. In addition, Penn has recorded shutouts in five consecutive games against Saint Joseph’s and has kept seven clean sheets in nine total meetings.

“The Quakers remain undefeated thus far, going five matches without a defeat for the first time since 2022 (1-0-4). The last time Penn began a season going six matches without a defeat was also 2022, when the Quakers began 2-0-5,” according to the program.

Offensively, Penn has seen contributions from across its roster this season, with ten goals scored by eight different players. Only junior Abbey Cook and freshman Lauren Stevens have found the net more than once. Thirteen players have registered at least one point so far this year, matching the highest number of individual point scorers since the 2021 season.

Goalkeepers Annabel Austen, a senior, and Megan Graves, a junior, have combined for a .833 save percentage and made 15 saves early in the campaign.

Saint Joseph’s arrives at Rhodes Field on a three-game winning streak after victories over Rider, Towson, and Temple. The Hawks have outscored those opponents by an aggregate score of 8-3 during that stretch. Junior forward Emily Hanrahan leads her team with three goals—including two game-winners—and seven points overall. Goalkeepers Alli Popham and Peyton Radwanski have combined for a .714 save percentage and made 20 saves so far this season.

The match is scheduled for Thursday at 6 p.m., with streaming available on ESPN+.
