On Saturday, Nov. 22, the IUP Crimson Hawks, featuring former Imhotep Institute Charter High School standout Mysir Mayo, were narrowly defeated 23-20 by the Assumption Greyhounds in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.

The game was held at George P. Miller Stadium at 1 p.m., marking the first tournament encounter between the Crimson Hawks and the Assumption Greyhounds.
