Martina White, a public figure known for her active engagement on energy policy, recently took to social media to express her concerns regarding the current energy strategies in place. Her posts focus on rising energy prices and criticize the policies of Governor Shapiro.

On June 4, 2025, White stated, “I have been raising the alarm about rising energy prices – and that energy prices would spike due to the Governor and his allies pushing a radical energy agenda and refusing to act on commonsense alternatives.” She urged Governor Shapiro to cease his support for the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).

In another post made at almost the same time, she shared a link without additional commentary. The post can be found here.

The following day, on June 5, 2025, White posted another link accompanied by a mention of Broad + Liberty. The tweet is available here.

Governor Josh Shapiro has been an advocate for environmental initiatives in Pennsylvania since taking office.
