Martina White, a Pennsylvania State Representative for Northeast Philadelphia, used her social media platform to encourage civic participation and celebrate community and national achievements in a series of posts made between February 20 and February 22, 2026.

On February 20, White highlighted the requirements for state representative candidates to appear on the ballot, writing: “Have you signed Martina’s nominating petition yet? To appear on the ballot, every State Representative candidate must collect at least 300 signatures from registered voters in their party. Help keep Martina on the ballot — sign today and bring a friend.”

The following day, she expressed gratitude to supporters who attended her campaign event. On February 21, she posted: “It was incredible to see so many supporters at our Campaign Kickoff this week! Thank you to everyone who came out, signed petitions, brought friends, and showed their support. Your energy reminds me why I fight every day for Northeast Philadelphia. We’re just getting started —”

On February 22, White congratulated Team USA after their men’s hockey gold medal win. She wrote: ” Way to Go Team USA First men’s hockey gold since the “Miracle on Ice.” Moments like this remind us why we love the game — and why America shows up when it matters most. Congratulations to Team USA on winning the Gold Medal. Your grit, discipline, and unwavering”

White has represented Northeast Philadelphia in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since first being elected in a special election in March 2015.
