Martina White, a Pennsylvania State Representative, posted several messages on her X (formerly Twitter) account between September 10 and 11, 2025. The posts addressed local political events, condemned violence, and commemorated the anniversary of September 11.
On September 10, White encouraged support for a district attorney candidate, writing: “Please support @Dugan4DA2025 at his event, we must all band together to STOP Larry Krasner! https://t.co/6f9SBYFW9f”.
Later that day, she commented on recent violence involving a public figure: “Political violence is never the answer. Keeping Charlie Kirk and his family in my prayers.”
On September 11, White marked the anniversary of the September 11 attacks with a remembrance message: “Today we remember the lives lost, the heroes, and the loved ones forever changed on 9/11/01. May their memories remain a blessing. https://t.co/FiB5VO83Av”
White has served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2015. Her post referencing Larry Krasner refers to Philadelphia’s District Attorney, who has been a controversial figure in local politics due to his criminal justice reform policies.
The reference to Charlie Kirk relates to recent incidents where political figures have faced threats or acts of violence; such occurrences have prompted public officials across party lines to speak out against political violence.
September 11 continues to be observed nationwide as Patriot Day in memory of those killed in the terrorist attacks in 2001 and in honor of first responders and survivors.
