On Saturday, Nov. 29, the Eastern Eagles, featuring former West Philadelphia High School star Jaquan Holmes, secured a 28-24 victory over the Franklin & Marshall Diplomats in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The contest kicked off at 12 p.m. at Shadek Stadium, marking the first tournament meeting between the Eastern Eagles and the Franklin & Marshall Diplomats.

The Eastern Eagles are scheduled to play their next game on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 12 p.m. at RSR Pavilion.
