On Saturday, Dec. 6, the Mount Union Purple Raiders, featuring former Martin Luther King High School standout Danny Pajuste, fell 10-7 to the John Carroll Blue Streaks in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The contest was held at Kehres Stadium at noon and marked the first tournament meeting between the Mount Union Purple Raiders and the John Carroll Blue Streaks.
