The Philadelphia Flyers have acquired forward Tucker Robertson from the Seattle Kraken organization in exchange for forward Jon-Randall Avon. The transaction was announced by Flyers General Manager Daniel Briere.
Robertson, 22, has played parts of the last two seasons with the Coachella Valley Firebirds, Seattle’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate. In the 2024-25 season, he posted four goals and five assists for a total of nine points over 38 games. Over his AHL career with the Firebirds, Robertson has accumulated 10 goals and nine assists in 77 games.
Seattle selected Robertson in the fourth round, 123rd overall, during the 2022 NHL Draft. Before turning professional, Robertson spent three seasons with the Peterborough Petes of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), serving as assistant captain in his final year. He finished his OHL career with 189 points—85 goals and 104 assists—in 191 games.
Avon, also 22, signed an entry-level contract with Philadelphia as an undrafted prospect in September of 2021. He played two seasons for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Philadelphia’s AHL affiliate, between 2023 and 2025. Avon registered a total of 16 goals and 19 assists across 125 games with the Phantoms.
