Tonight, the Philadelphia Flyers will host their annual Pride Game at Xfinity Mobile Arena against the Tampa Bay Lightning, with puck drop scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET. The event is designed to celebrate inclusion and community, highlighting the organization’s commitment to supporting the local LGBTQ+ community.

As part of the celebration, more than 300 tickets have been distributed to local nonprofits so that members of the LGBTQ+ community can attend. The arena will feature pride-themed lighting and decorations, including rainbow colors throughout the venue. Fans attending can purchase Flyers Pride merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, and hats at select retail locations inside Xfinity Mobile Arena or online at shop.outphitters.com.

Before the game begins, fans are invited to Flyers Pride Fest in the South Food Hall (Section 106) from 5:00–7:00 p.m. ET. This pregame event will highlight small businesses, artists, and community groups from the area. Attendees can shop handmade goods and participate in activities like a specialty Pride cocktail station, bracelet-making station, glitter station, photo booth, and more.

Vendors participating in Pride Fest include Mercantile 1888, Christine K. Ring Ceramics, Snyders Shore Store, Knotty Lizard, Box Bar, and Denise Fike Live Event Artistry.

In conjunction with tonight’s game, Flyers Charities is holding a specialty Pride Auction running through January 17 at 5:30 p.m. ET on FlyersCharities.com. Proceeds from this auction will support efforts to grow hockey and increase its accessibility.

The annual Pride Game is part of broader NHL Unites initiatives focused on inclusion and opportunity for all within hockey.

The Philadelphia Flyers are a professional ice hockey team that has competed in the National Hockey League since joining during its expansion in 1967. They play their home games at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia and have achieved notable successes including two Stanley Cup victories (official website).
