The Philadelphia Eagles held their final open training camp practice on Wednesday, concluding a series of sessions observed by media at the team’s facility. The practice took place in rainy conditions, with players wearing only helmets.

During team drills, Grant Calcaterra caught a touchdown pass in the front right corner of the end zone. Calcaterra has served as a consistent target for quarterbacks Jalen Hurts and Tanner McKee throughout camp. With wide receivers A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (groin) unavailable due to injuries, Jahan Dotson received additional playing time and scored a touchdown at the back of the end zone.

Linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr. intercepted a pass while working against the first-team offense. Ainias Smith also secured a touchdown catch during goal-line work. Quarterback Kyle McCord completed several notable throws, including one along the sideline approximately 15 yards downfield.

The injury report remained lengthy as several key players sat out practice: A.J. Brown (hamstring), Tariq Castro-Fields (hamstring), Lewis Cine (groin), Landon Dickerson (knee), Tanner McKee (finger), DeVonta Smith (groin), and Jordan Mailata (concussion). Additionally, Andrew Mukuba (hamstring), Kelee Ringo (quad), Joshua Uche (groin), and Johnny Wilson (knee/ankle) did not participate after being present on Tuesday.

Looking ahead, Philadelphia will hold a walk-through session Thursday before facing the New York Jets in their preseason finale Friday night at 7:30 PM. The Eagles are set to trim their roster to 53 players by 4 PM on Tuesday.
