The Eagles Autism Foundation has launched the “Thank You Fans Matching Gift” initiative to recognize the support of Philadelphia Eagles fans during the 2025 season. The program will match up to $100,000 in donations for participants in the 2026 Eagles Autism Challenge.

Ryan Hammond, Executive Director of the Eagles Autism Foundation, said, “Thank you to Eagles everywhere for your unwavering support of our Eagles autism community during the 2025 season. We are so grateful to our Thank You Fans Matching Gift donors for presenting this opportunity for Eagles Autism Challenge participants to meet or even exceed their fundraising goals for the year, while celebrating our dedicated fanbase. This donation will help us continue to make a transformational impact, turning autism awareness into action as we trend towards another record-breaking year of fundraising!”

The matching gift applies to all online donations made to individual fundraising pages from January 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET through February 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET or until the $100,000 cap is reached. Each donation will be matched up to $5,000 per contribution.

“Our support for the Eagles Autism Foundation comes from a place close to our hearts, shaped by a love for the Eagles and a personal connection to autism within our family,” said the donors behind this initiative. “That connection has deepened our gratitude for organizations that truly show up for individuals with autism and the people who support them every day. The Eagles Autism Foundation’s generosity, care, and commitment to the autism community are why we are proud to stand behind its mission through our family’s donation.”

The annual Eagles Autism Challenge is led by Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie and includes a one-day bike ride and family-friendly 5K Run/Walk starting and ending at Lincoln Financial Field. The event features several routes including a ten-mile bike ride through Philadelphia and its suburbs, a certified five-kilometer run/walk around local neighborhoods, and an accessible sensory walk option near Lincoln Financial Field. There is also an option for virtual participation.

The Philadelphia Eagles were established in 1933 as a professional football team based in Philadelphia. They engage fans locally and nationally through NFL games as well as news updates and special events (https://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/).
