The Philadelphia Eagles have announced the signing of 14 players to their initial practice squad for the upcoming season. Three additional spots remain available, with one reserved for an international player.

Among those signed is linebacker Chance Campbell, who joined the Eagles late in Training Camp. Campbell was originally a sixth-round pick by the Tennessee Titans in 2022 before arriving in Philadelphia this offseason.

Wide receiver Elijah Cooks also joins the squad. Cooks started Training Camp strong but was sidelined by a shoulder injury. He spent most of the past two seasons on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ practice squad and was part of the Eagles’ practice squad during last postseason.

Guard Kenyon Green comes to Philadelphia after being acquired from the Houston Texans earlier this offseason. Green, a first-round pick in 2022, has started 23 games in his NFL career.

Tight end E.J. Jenkins returns after spending all of last season on the Eagles’ practice squad. Jenkins made his first career catch and touchdown against the New York Giants in Week 18 last year. He entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia Tech in 2023.

Cornerback Brandon Johnson signed with Philadelphia after going undrafted out of Oregon this year. Johnson performed well during offseason activities and Training Camp.

Outside linebacker Patrick Johnson, drafted by the Eagles in 2021, rejoined the team this offseason following a stint with the New York Giants. He had a strong showing during preseason games.

Tight end Cameron Latu, a third-round pick by San Francisco in 2023, spent time with Cleveland before signing with Philadelphia in January.

Wide receiver Terrace Marshall brings experience from three seasons with Carolina and time with both San Francisco and Las Vegas before joining Philadelphia this offseason.

Quarterback Kyle McCord, taken by Philadelphia in the sixth round this year, played in all three preseason games and started against the Jets, passing for 136 yards.

Cornerback Parry Nickerson, drafted in 2018, has played for seven NFL teams and recorded a notable diving interception against the Jets during preseason play.

Tackle Hollin Pierce went undrafted this year before signing with Philadelphia. Pierce was named second-team All-Big Ten last season.

Outside linebacker Antwaun Powell-Ryland was selected by Philadelphia out of Virginia Tech after recording 16 sacks in his final college season. In preseason action, he drew attention for drawing a holding penalty and forcing a strip-sack on consecutive plays.

Cornerback Eli Ricks returns after spending two years on Philadelphia’s active roster as an undrafted free agent from Alabama known for his ball skills.

Safety Andre Sam is back after spending last season on Philadelphia’s practice squad and appearing once against Carolina. Sam entered the league undrafted out of LSU last year.
