The Philadelphia Eagles will again face a first-place schedule in 2026 after securing their second consecutive NFC East title. The team is set to play eight opponents who made the playoffs last season and will compete against every team from both the NFC West and AFC South divisions.

Their divisional matchups include home and away games against the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and Washington Commanders. The Eagles split their series with Dallas last season, winning at Lincoln Financial Field but losing on the road. The Cowboys ended their year with a 7-9-1 record, powered by quarterback Dak Prescott and receiver CeeDee Lamb.

The New York Giants enter a new phase under head coach John Harbaugh. Rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart showed promise as the team seeks improvement following a mixed performance against Philadelphia last year. The Eagles lost their first matchup in New York but responded two weeks later with a decisive 38-20 victory.

Washington struggled in 2025, finishing 5-12 as quarterback Jayden Daniels dealt with injuries. While the Eagles clinched the division with an away win over Washington, they lost to them in the regular-season finale while resting starters.

Outside of their division, Philadelphia will travel to play the Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers, and Tennessee Titans. They will host games against the Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Seattle Seahawks.

The Cardinals are undergoing changes after moving on from Head Coach Jonathan Gannon and facing uncertainty at quarterback due to Kyler Murray’s limited availability last season. The Panthers reached the postseason for the first time since 2017 behind quarterback Bryce Young’s standout year.

Chicago advanced to the Divisional Round under new coach Ben Johnson and rookie quarterback Caleb Williams after capturing an NFC North title. The Bears defeated Philadelphia during Week 13 of last season.

Houston Texans have made three straight playoff appearances under former Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans. Their defense was key in rebounding from an early slump to finish 12-5 in 2025.

Indianapolis presents another notable matchup as it marks Philadelphia’s first meeting with ex-offensive coordinator Shane Steichen since he became Colts head coach. Questions remain about Indianapolis’ starting quarterback for next season after Daniel Jones’ contract expiration.

Jacksonville enjoyed its best regular season since 1999 under new coach Liam Coen before falling in the Wild Card round despite strong performances from Trevor Lawrence.

The Los Angeles Rams continue as formidable opponents; they are currently contending for a spot in this year’s NFC Championship Game following a successful regular season campaign. Last year’s game between these teams was highlighted by Jordan Davis’ special teams play that sealed an Eagles win.

Pittsburgh faces significant transition following Mike Tomlin’s departure after nearly two decades as head coach; uncertainty surrounds their next leader and starting quarterback position going into next year.

San Francisco eliminated Philadelphia from postseason contention last year before losing heavily themselves one week later. Seattle remains among league favorites led by Sam Darnold at quarterback and boasts one of football’s top defenses built by Mike Macdonald.

Tennessee is coming off a difficult three-win season despite seeing flashes from rookie Cam Ward at quarterback; they recently hired Robert Salah as head coach following Brian Callahan’s exit midseason.

The Philadelphia Eagles, founded in 1933 and based in Pennsylvania’s largest city, engage fans through NFL competition along with media coverage and ticketing services both locally and nationally.
