The Philadelphia Eagles have added three players to their practice squad, the team announced Thursday. Wide receiver Britain Covey, defensive back Marcus Epps, and tackle Luke Felix-Fualalo have joined the group, which now totals 17 players after Felix-Fualalo was granted the International Player Exemption.

Marcus Epps returns to Philadelphia after previously playing for the team from 2019 through 2022. He had signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency and spent this past offseason with the New England Patriots before being waived during final roster cuts. Epps became a full-time starter for the Eagles during their 2022 Super Bowl season, recording career highs with 94 tackles and six passes defended. He will join a safety group that includes Reed Blankenship, Sydney Brown, and Andrew Mukuba.

Britain Covey first joined the Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2022. In 2023, he led the NFL with 417 punt return yards. Last season, Covey appeared in five games for Philadelphia and spent this offseason with the Los Angeles Rams. Over his career, he has averaged 11.3 yards per punt return and has caught 11 passes for 76 yards as a receiver.

Luke Felix-Fualalo is from Brisbane, Australia and played college football at Hawaii before going undrafted in 2025. He was with the Seattle Seahawks during this offseason.

The addition of these players brings further depth to both special teams and defense as the Eagles continue preparations for the upcoming season.
